An INDOOR Century Ride!!

5 hour indoor ride on spin bikes, coached by instructors with GREAT MUSIC!

Teams can consist of 1 to 5 riders * OR MORE IF NEEDED

Riders must arrive 15 minutes before start of the ride or their segment

No Bike Goes Empty, Someone must be on the bike at all times

30 minutes minimal on the bike

If team member is not there at time to switch, the person must continue until team member arrives to take over

Every hour an instructor will allow a 5 minute break for bathroom breaks or rider change outs

A T-shirt will be given to every rider, Water & Light snacks provided
